Respite / STA

Respite care, often simply referred to as "respite," is a temporary break or relief provided to regular caregivers of individuals who require continuous care due to disability, chronic illness, or other conditions. Respite services are designed to offer caregivers a brief period of rest and rejuvenation, allowing them to take time off from their caregiving responsibilities. This short-term break is invaluable for caregivers as it helps prevent burnout, reduces stress, and enables them to continue providing high-quality care over the long term.
